Photo Mathieu, an expert in school photos established more than sixty years ago, built a solid reputation by providing quality photos printed in France with outstanding customer service. Thanks to its e-commerce site, the company offers its school photography services to an extensive customer base and needed to address a growing need to optimise its on-line payments.
Photo Mathieu’s aim was to find a simple and reliable payment solution that was suited to its customers’ habits. The system had to be able to cope with peak demand when the schools reopen after the summer and include effective tools to manage refunds and improve the customer experience.
