To submit your report, MONEXT has made available a secure platform by Whistleblower Software ApS. It can be accessed 24/7.
All information submitted is encrypted and stored on this secure and independent system that is fully compliant with all confidentiality rules.
All persons involved in processing reports are subject to confidentiality requirements and will process the report with the utmost care and attention.
This whistleblowing right must be exercised responsibly, without any defamatory or abusive content.
Misuse of the whistleblowing system may result in legal action and/or sanctions. Whistleblowers cannot be sanctioned if they decide not to avail themselves of this right.
